Need help ASAP- I purchase a support token

I got one last night, and sent an email and used the contact form for help with my issue, but have gotten no response.

How do I redeem the token, to help get my issue resolved?

For some reason all of my events, go to one event ticket when you click “register now”, not the event it is suppose to go to.

Hi Lana,

I’m sorry about the delay. I double checked and we did not receive a redeem priority support form last night, and that is likely due to our site going down last night. It’s back up now, can you go here and click the link where it says “To redeem your token(s) please complete this form”, then complete the form? Thanks.
