Hi!

[ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS]-shortcode doesn’t show attending events for logged in users. No errors when WP_DEBUG is turned on either.

Any ideas?

Best regards

Hi,

The [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] shortcode requires the WP User Integration (members) add on active. Once a logged in users registers for an event while WP user Integration is active, it will record and tie that event to that user.

If the user registers for the event and is not logged in or WP User Integration is not active, the event will not be allocated to a user.

So my question is, was WP User Integration active and were the users registered when logged in?

If not then the answer is above. If they were, then please provide a link to the page in question.

Hi Dean!

That would be a yes to both questions.

I have sent more info to support@eventespresso.com

Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for the log in details. Is it possible to get admin login details? I would like to look at the plugin and settings and try and find out why the My Events isn’t populating.

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.

It is highly recommended that you not network activate the EE plugins. They should be activated on the individual sites in a multi-site installation.

Hi,

I agree with Sidney on this. Event Espresso is not multi site compatible by default.

As such we don’t test on multisite. However many users find that so long as the plugins are not network activated they work OK.

I would suggest trying to activate the plugins on a single site basis as Sidney suggested.
