Does anyone know if it’s possible to have multiple WP sites access the same event directory from the Event Espresso pluging.
Have a requirement for a client to have multiple sites, where the events are sometimes shared based on category.
Any ideas?

Hi Tony,

You can try out the new API we have available (you need to go to your account page and enable Pre Release downloads)

There is some documentation on it here – http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/api-addon/

Please note this is really for developers, but if you are ok with PHP and JSON or know someone that is, you can make it show the data on another site quite easily.

Thanks Dean.

Do you know if the EE plugin works in Core PHP or WP only?

Cheers

While the installation of EE has to run on a WP site, the site that accesses the data using the API would not have to be WP.
