Multiple Tickets & Promo Codes, i.e. Buy 4 courses get one free

I have a client that we are using the MER plugin for.

They would like to be able to offer discounts to a client who books say 4 courses and would then get a 25% discount.

Is there a way of doing this on Event Espresso yet?
