(This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/staging-poc/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114 Multiple ticket purchases are counted as single attendee | Event Espresso - Staging Server
When a customer purchases multiple ticket (say 8 tickets were purchased on one transaction), the available spaces count is reduced by 1, not 8. The admin area shows an accurate count of attendees, but the registration page shows more available spaces than are actually available.
Example: https://copelandmagic.com/eventregistration/?ee=12
The ‘Choose a time’ says 48 spaces available for 6:30pm, but there are 44 tickets purchased with the show quantity set to 54. The drop down should display ’10 spaces available’
The event was full when I checked it, but you have major errors on the main registration page which can help explain why the available spaces are not working. You have old/outdated template files in the uploads/espresso/templates directory. Please rename that folder so the plugin can use the default files and the available spaces and event registration errors should resolve.
You can rename it via FTP or via the Template Settings options page.
