EVENT: Camp
Registrations: Adults $PRICE1 / Children Local $PRICE2 / Adults overseas $PRICE3 / Children Overseas $PRICE4
Number of attendees: 4000
VENUES: Sub Camps at the event (10 – 300 children per camp – 100 adults)
We are having 1 major event but having difficulties (not programs fault – just the difference in the information we require from registration details). Is there any way we can have different registration forms for the same event with different price structures. Will this information collate into the same file?
After all registrations have been received, we then need to allocate all registered users into different subcamps (venues) and some of the adults will be allocated staff roles and will need to manage those subcamps (venues) – is this possible?
If you feel that this is something that is better with one on one support – I completely understand. The program is amazing, just struggling with getting my head around different things :)
The use case that you’re describing seems to demand a few features that Event Espresso doesn’t have yet. To work around this, it may be better to set up more than one “event” to capture the registration details. This way you could set up the different sets of questions for each group. You could still set up one main page to describe the event, then on that page direct people to sign up for the event on the appropriate sign up form page.
There’s an export button in the admin that will let you export all attendee data from all events, and this will collate all the attendee info into one csv file; Which can be opened in a spreadsheet application.
