When I upgraded to EE 3.1.28.P and activated multiple event registration 1.0.4, my dropdown menus disappeared. When I deactivate MER they work. Right now I have it deactivated. http://www.white-fox-bead-studio.com/ How do I fix this?

Hello Gail,

I am assuming the main navigation menu dropdowns (Classes)?

Without being able to see the issue firsthand it is difficult to clarify what the issue may be.

s it possible to get your login details in order to look into this, as I will need to turn the add on on and off to examine the issue.

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/contact/

Choose the “I am sending login info as requested” option and fill out the form

Hello Gail,

Just to clarify, were you running the Multiple Event Registration add on prior to upgrading Event Espresso?

From user, via email

Yes, but it was deactivated because there were problems with it then also. However the dropdown menu issue is new.

Ok, well it could be a clash between the theme javascript and ours, I cannot see anything that strikes me so I am passing this onto a developer who will get back in touch.

Hello Gail,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The developer advised it is likely to be a third party javascript issue. I logged back into your site to recheck and re-analyse the issue only to find that MER was active and your menu is functioning correctly.

As such I will mark this thread as resolved. If that isnt the case, please advise.
