WP 3.6.1 EE Business License 3.1.35.1P with MER 1.0.4 and Members 1.9.7.2
We have a discrepancy between the amounts and status reported on the Attendee Report and the amounts shown on the report from Authorize.net for a registration involving two events in the same transactions. We have full logging turned on in EE, but need help interpreting the data, in order to understand what happened.
Please advise so I can provide login access to the site, in order for EE support to review the report, log files, and data.
Can you reply back to the note we send and include the reports and let us know the registration or attendee ID’s for the records so we know what to look at? Thanks.
