Im getting 2 or 3 emails for event confirmation rather than just 1

Any Ideas ?

Any recent changes to your WordPress site such as updates or new plugin installs?

Also what version of Event Espresso are you running?

no updates or anything new – but this is a new espresso system and events so just one live and noticed multiple emails

Hello again,

Are you using any plugins that have an email functionality such as WP-SMTP?

Also, is this a real email address or is it a group/forwarding email?

Its a real email address on the server – this email then forwards the emails to 3 people

Just had another online entry – Only got one email for confirmation this time – followed by (10 mins later) a payment email

Have you had any additional registrations since that time?

But it also looks like I’m not getting the payment confirmation emails (should i receive these as well as the reg confirmation) or do these just go to the recipient

Hi David,

The notifications depends on what you have setup in General Settings (Event Espresso –> General Settings).

Try registering for one of your events with a different email (not the admin email that is setup for Event Espresso).
