Sounds like something is not right with a drop drown question on the registration form? Try re-saving the questions that have drop downs.

I resaved and it gave me the same error – it seems it only happens when i have multiple attendees registering – specifically after Attendee 4 it starts to put that message before the form.

Also – if i keep it to just one type of ticket option – multiple tickets works fine. But when i add a quantity of 4 ticket option A’s and a quantity of 2 ticket option B’s – it throws that warning before attendee #6 and then for every attendee afterward.

What I’m noticing is the t-shirt size question is only appearing for the primary attendee. Is this intended? If not, try moving that question to its own questions group. Then check off the question group for both the primary attendee and additional attendees. Then set the additional attendee info setting to “Full Registration”.

Then save the event.

Ok – i moved it to a new group – turned off other questions groups – but now seems like i get even more warning signs…

The warning messages were suppressed by setting error_display to off in the php.ini.
