Looking for a solution on how to create a multi-day event that may start at different times on different days and may also be held in a different location. I used recurring events to establish the different times, but need to have one class in another location.
Example schedule:
Mon class: 9 am – 5 pm
Tue class: 5 pm – 8:30 pm
Wed class: 11am – 2 pm and it’s held in the field.
Were you looking to have attendees sign up for each class individually or did you want a listing of events with dates and times but the attendees sign up for one main event?
If you want to allow the attendee to register for individual classes you would want to create an event for each class.
Or you can create a main event and a separate event for each class, but use the Alternate Registration Page field in each of the individual class events that links back to the Main event for registration.
In addition to Nikki’s excellent suggestion, I’d add that you can also disable the registration form for the events in the series that are included with the main event.
