Hi there,
we are creating a new type of event in which some of the questions we initially included under ‘personal information’ do not apply. We have an event that is currently open for registrations and my concern is if I move those questions to a new group to set up the second event, will the existing registrations be affected by that? Just want to make sure I am not losing any data by moving the questions.
Thank you for your help!

Yes that is possible. Really the Personal Information group shouldn’t be edited, instead a new Question Group should be created. This will allow you to keep questions modular for situations like this.
What you can do is to add a new Question Group and assign the questions you added to the Personal Info group and then remove the questions from the Personal Info group. Then in the existing event make sure the Primary and/or Additional Attendees have the new group attached to them http://d.pr/i/KYW0
After that you can create a new Question Group with the appropriate questions for the new event.
