Hi,

I am working on a client’s website that will integrate wordpress with event espresso. They want to create a single sign on for the new site that will tie it back to their existing membership website. Eventually, the client wants to keep track of each members’s ID (from their existing site) to which events they attend. Ideally, we want to modify the EE database to include an addition field for the membership ID, and also pull back all the events from EE for a particular attendee based on their membership ID.

I am trying to figure out how to integrate the old system with EE.

Any help is appreciated.

Vincent

The Event Espresso WP user integration add-on uses the standard WordPress user system, so I’d recommend building that bridge to the existing site to the WordPress user system.
