My delegates for the event will get confused if it says “pay online” and we need to be able to add very specific instructions into the invoice on how to pay (via DD or via cheque) and where to send it.
But I cant find anywhere to modify the invoice pdf and/or modify the initial email that goes to the user. Am I missing something?
The instructions on the PDF invoice can be modified in Event Espresso>Payment Settings. The initial email that goes to the user can be modified in Event Espresso>General Settings under Mail Settings.
Thank you for your help and now i can see the way to add the payment methods, but I need to remove the “pay online” button entirely. Can this be done without hacking php?
It’s in the event-espresso plugin folder. You can look in the /gateways/invoice folder within there and you’ll find the template file.
