I am trying to edit the custom email message that is presented in the box under the attendees payment record. I can manually change it but it defaults back to the same message. I just want to change one of the shortcodes. I don’t see where I can modify it so that it stays changed
You will need to add a custom email in the Email Manager, then you can use the drop-down box in the Edit Attendee Payment Record screen under Invoice/Payment Reminder. If you select the email you created from the drop-down menu, then it will override the custom email.
