Hello Anna,

We have recently updated parts of the mobile app, have you updated yours?

Hi Anna,

Thats no problem, though the actual add on and api have been updated as well and these deal with all phones, not just the iPhone.

The updated ticketing add on can be downloaded from your Account page and the API can be gotten from here http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-ticketing/#services

thanks, that really helped! now its working just fine!!
one last question, is it possible to tell event espresso always to send an email with the ticket when the payment status is closed? now i have to check it manually and i fear that it might be forgotten. i hope you understand what i mean.

Hi Anna,

If I am understanding correctly, you want an email sent to the user when a payment has been manually marked as completed?

When you edit the payment, above the Update Payment button is a radio button (Do you want to send a payment received notice to registrant?), if you select Yes, it should send an email out.

I know thats not automatic. I’ll see if we can get the setting set to yes as default in a future release, that way it will send the email when you press the button, unless you explicitly choose not to send it.
