when i start the mobile app it always gets stuck at fetching the events. i already tried to delete all events but nothing changed. Any idea what could be the reason?
here’s the link http://ibg-web.de/test/gaumenschmaus/?page_id=136
thanks, that really helped! now its working just fine!!
one last question, is it possible to tell event espresso always to send an email with the ticket when the payment status is closed? now i have to check it manually and i fear that it might be forgotten. i hope you understand what i mean.
When you edit the payment, above the Update Payment button is a radio button (Do you want to send a payment received notice to registrant?), if you select Yes, it should send an email out.
I know thats not automatic. I’ll see if we can get the setting set to yes as default in a future release, that way it will send the email when you press the button, unless you explicitly choose not to send it.
