The mobile app does not show todays events in the today tab. They do show in the past events tab. Has this been fixed yet? I know I am using the newest version of the services.

Hi Maurice,

Just to check:

You have the latest services running already which is good.
Have you got the latest version of the app from Apple Store or Google Play?
Have you got the latest version of EE?
Have you got the latest version of the ticketing app?

Sorry for the barrage of questions but need to make sure you are up to date before moving on to other ideas.

i have latest version of the android app which is 2.0.

I am using version 3.1.27.1.P of EE

using version 2.0.7 of Ticketing

I just recently finished this site for a client and it is live. I would like to not have to chance the updates at the current time. Everything seems to be working fine except for the filtering in the mobile app.

Registration was closed for the event when we went to scan. Might that have something to do with it?

Hi Maurice,

The services folder, ticketing add on and app all work in conjunction with each other, if one is updated so should the rest. And as usual if an addon is updated the core should be as well. They are after all interconnected.

EE is now 3.1.28.P
Ticketing 2.0.9

I would strongly recommend updating.

I did a test on the closed events and no that should make no difference in respect to scanning the ticket.

Hi Maurice,

It’s a known issue that the mobile app will show today’s events under past events. We’re working on an complete rebuild of the mobile app api and this is one of the issues that will be resolved.
