Mobile App Login Failure

    Hi, I followed your documentation on setting things up but I received this error message on my phone while trying to login to the EventEspresso app,
    HTTP status code: 503 was returned.
    service unavailable
    Could you please help on that. Note: I am using HTC Desire HD (Android version 2.3.5) Regards, Bassem

    Hello Bassem,

    Normally a 503 error is due to the server being down for some reason – maintenance etc.

    Have you tested this since the error? Have you tried a different device? I have a slightly older HTC Desire running 2.2.2 and the app works fine.

      You are totally right Dean, the problem caused because of the maintenance mode was activated.
