Missing payments from a registration

I have set up events, and received registration. I entered the paypal account address where i am supposed to. Registrants are shown to have paid in the event manager screen. However, not one payment has come to the paypal account connected to the plugin. Help with this would be appreciated…

Hello,

Have you double checked the following:

The email address you are using is in your PayPal settings as a usable email?
That the email address is correct in the Event Espresso Payment settings?

I did a mock registration (without paying) and up to the point it goes to PayPal it all works fine.

Have you tried testing this with Sandbox (test) credentials?
