Hello Tommy,

It is likely a jQuery error.

Can you provide a link to the site/page in question please?

Hi,

If you can provide a site link I should be able to determine it without logging in.

Hi Tommy,

I checked and everything looks in order on the front end. It may or may not be a theme issue. You can rule out whether it’s a theme issue be using the theme test drive plugin and test out the twentytwelve theme. The current theme will display as usual to everyone else viewing the site while you test.

If it’s still not working with twentytwelve, then it may be an issue with the server not able to handle the way that WordPress smushes together its admin JavaScript. I have a server that has the same issue and it was resolved by adding this to wp-config.php just before it says “That’s all, stop editing”:

define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);

If the issues go away when you’re testing twentytwelve then it’s likely the theme. In that case, you might find the error by opening up the web inspector (chrome or safari) or Firebug (Firefox). These will alert you to the JavaScript errors that you can send to the theme developer. If the theme developer has any questions they can contact us via our contact form under “Theme/plugin conflicts”:
