(This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/staging-poc/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114 Missing Attendees | Event Espresso - Staging Server
We are having an issue with EE where registrations are being added by our admin at the front desk, confirmations received & paid and then they are not appearing on the class list or removing a space from the class. In 3 instances she has added a registrant, the student appears on the class list, and a confirmation of registration is received. When she logged back in, the student is gone. This only appears to be happening when a registration is added by an EE admin.
There were a few issues with adding new attendees via the admin in Event Espresso 3.1.35.1 where the payment information didn’t get recorded correctly after updating the registration information in the admin. Which could make it so that the attendee didn’t take up a space. This was fixed in Event Espresso version 3.1.35.2.
If you go in and do an export of the attendees for this event are the missing attendees in that list?
