I can see the attendee if I go back to the class they were in but can not see through attendee report. Comparing that the event attendee roster with the attendee reports there are lots more missing also. The attendee report shows 244, but the excel export shows 700+. Something seems buggy.
I checked your site and the video you made and the reason you’re not able to find the specific attendee you’re looking for in the attendee list is because the Event Status filter on the event overview is set to Active/Ongoing Events. If you change the Filter status for Events to All (Active / Inactive ) before going into the attendee list you’ll find them.
even after doing that and seeing the attendee count go from 280 or so to 804, it still does not show, did you just assume that was the only reason or did you actually go though all the step and actually saw it for yourself?
Yes I went through all the steps and saw the registration myself. I could not reproduce the issue that you reported.
