(This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/staging-poc/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114 Missing Address information when exporting attendee list | Event Espresso - Staging Server
We had an event last October and used Event Expresso 3.1.22.P.2860 and multi registration plugin of EE to capture all data etc. When I exported all attendee information I do not see any address, city, state, zip etc. information. I have email address, names and other information.
So now I’m currently updating the website and testing in on a local server with the latest version EE and all plugins installed. When I export I now get the additional questions I was also missing on the xls but still no address information.
We used PayPal Pro plugin for CC processing but still used a Secure server for capturing all address information.
If the address was only captured by the PayPal Pro form then Event Espresso does not save that data.
If you used a Question to obtain the address details then it should save it as part of the attendee meta, and thus be exportable.
