Is it possible to force a customer to purchase minimum number of tickets for a given ticket? I have 3 different ticket types for my events – general entry, gold package and premium package. The gold and platinum packages come with reserved seating. We are getting orders of 1s and 2s for the gold and platinum packages and it is causing havoc with seating arrangements. I need to set a minimum purchase of 6 tickets for gold and platinum packages. Is this possible to do? Or could you give me a pointer as to where I might be able to do this statically in the code? ie say if ticket id 1 (general entry) then have a different dropdown starting at 6? I know this may be complicated but it would hugely enhance our management of the events.
It’s currently not possible to require a minimum number of tickets per purchase. We may try to add this into a future release.
