Hi, I’m using Event Espresso version 3.1.36.5.P. For one of my events I want to set a minimum number of attendees (as wel as a maximum, but that’s under control). How can I do that? Also, this has to be only the case for a specific category of events, most of my events don’t need a minimum number. Thanks!

Hi,

With EE3 that’s not possible out of the box.

The best way to handle it would be to use JavaScript to modify the attendee selection dropdown to remove the numbers you don’t want.

Here is an example of some simple JavaScript that could help – https://staging.eventespresso.com/topic/set-minimum-attendees-at-1-not-0-mulitple-registration/ – this particular example is specific for the Cart system and is for all events, so you would need to reduce its scope.

If you require assistance with coding, we have a list of recommended developers here – http://staging.eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/

EE4 provides this feature out of the box.
