We are currently having an issue with the thank you page after performing a Merchant Warrior transaction.

It is displaying a 404 instead of the thank you page.

In the URL I noticed MW returned an error code, however it still should at least show a page right?

A sample of the URL is below:

http://www.its-australia.com.au/thank-you/?id=720&r_id=36-51a68939a8515&event_id=36&attendee_action=post_payment&form_action=payment&type=mwarrior&status=error&code=-1&message=008%3AInvalid%20merchantUUID%20%2F%20apiKey%20combination&customerName=Bob%20Smith&customerCountry=AU&customerState=Victoria&customerCity=Blackburn%20North&customerAddress=123%20Test%20Street&customerPostCode=3130&customerPhone=123456789&customerEmail=creative%40thesummitgroup.com.au

When you try view the event page for this event it also comes up with a 404.

In fact every event I create just 404’s when I try view the event page.

I am creating a post for each event using the ‘Create a Post’ feature (like we always have been doing)

Nothing has changed since about event ID 40, we just get 404 errors.

I also get this error when adding an event:

Warning: array_filter() expects parameter 1 to be array, string given in /home/itsaustr/public_html/wp-includes/post.php on line 2743

Hi Brett,

What version are you on? That looks like an old error that we fixed already.

Is your [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] on a page that is visible and not password protected?

I have updated to the latest version but the issue still exists.

Permalinks to new events don’t work.

What is strange is the old events work fine, but anything new goes to a 404.

All the event pages are published and public.

Is this a known bug, is there a limit to how many events you can have?

Sounds like an issue with your permalinks and the redirection rules. Try resaving your permalink settings. Sometimes you have to change to a different permalink structure, save, then change it back to the original structure.

Thanks Seth,

That is what I kept thinking it must be.  I tried that again, but still no luck.

Have you made any customizations to the Event Espresso templates? If so, they may need to be updated. That is the only other thing I can think of at this point.

I copied a few of the templates into the uploads / espresso / templates folder (to override them), but I have disabled thee templates and the issue is still there.
