I have a strange bug in which I cannot clear the last remaining item in the shopping cart; when clicked, the ‘remove’ icon simply spins around infinitely and the item doesn’t clear. If I refresh the page, I get the following message: “It looks like you are attempting to refresh a page after completing your registration or your cart is empty. Please go to the events page and try again.” However, the cart is most definitely not empty; if I add a new event and view the cart again, the old event is still there! I’d appreciate any help with this.
I’m using Multi Event Registration Add-On v1.0.4. I’ve installed a new version of EE (3.1.35) into my WordPress site (v3.6) on my localhost.
In general, if you go to the “registration cancelled” page (the “cancel return url” of the four main EE pages in the general settings), then it will clear the session, and thus clear the cart. You might want to have it as a link on your pages as a “having problems? click here to empty your cart and start again.” kind of thing.
Thanks for the quick response, Sidney – that’s a great idea. Much appreciated!
