Good Morning!

I’m setting up some new events on a site and needed to be able to add a question to the registration form that, based on the answer, would add an extra fee to the ticket price. I followed the suggestion in this post <http://staging.eventespresso.com/topic/best-way-to-do-this-still-new-to-ee/>

and all seemed to be working fine until I added an additional ticket price as, and now I’m getting this error:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function espresso_above_member_threshold() in /nas/wp/www/cluster-1271/trispies/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/includes/functions/main.php on line 938, referer: http://ulmanfund.trispies.com/event-registration/?ee=16

I’m using:
WP version 3.8.3
Event Espresso version 3.1.36.5.P
Event Espresso – Attendee Import by Event Espresso version 0.1,
Event Espresso – MailChimp Integration by version 1.1,
Event Espresso – Members Addon by Event Espresso version 1.9.7.2,
Event Espresso – Multi Event Registration by Seth Shoultes version 1.0.4,
Event Espresso – Permissions by Event Espresso version 1.5.4.1,
Event Espresso – Ticketing by Event Espresso version 2.0.10.2.p,

The site is:
http://ulmanfund.trispies.com/

I tried turning off all other plugins and still get the same error, in fact, I backed up before I made these changes today (my hosting company has one-click backup points) and I tried reverting back to a few previous versions and am still getting the same error.

Is there a temp file its writing to that I need to clear out and find a different way to accomplish this?

Thanks, as always, for your patient guidance.

Hi,

You need to update WP User Integration (Members) to version 1.9.8. The function it is trying to find isn’t in your version.

That should resolve the issue.

I would also make sure that the other addons are up to date as well.

That’s just AWESOME, Dean. The funny is: I knew that there were updates but I was in the middle of getting this site up and running and I didn’t want to throw a monkey wrench in the works by introducing updated versions until after we launched and I could do it in a sandbox… lesson learned!

Thank you SO very very much. This developer is much more zen-like knowing you guys always have our backs. I love EE and will be a raging fan and evangelist for a long time.

Already Tweeted and all that! And once its live, this is a great site for the Showcase. It included registration for Iron Girl triathlon (one of the biggest endurance race series in the world and a division of Ironman) and the Columbia Triathlon, the longest running tri east of the Rockies.

Incidentally, Dean, is there any way around having to have a dollar amount when using the Price Modifier? That’s my last little roadblock. On this site, if an athlete isn’t a member of USA Triathlon, they have to pay $12 for insurance when registering for a race, but it they’re members, its included with their annual fee. I have it set to charge 1¢ if they’re an annual member, but its not the most elegant solution.

Thanks!

That sounds awesome, you should definitely put it forward for the Showcase once it’s ready. And thank you for the tweet!
