After a week of operation, I have noticed that registrations for 3 different events using MER are being scattered within the event overview/attendee reports.

Example: user registers for all three events (two are priced, one is unpriced); three db records are created, one for each event. When viewing the attendee report for one event, an entry for another is displayed. In other words when looking at the attendee report for event A, there are entries for event B or C for that registrant; when looking at attendee report for event B or C there are entries for event A or C.

Very confusing. The only real way to get a picture of what registrants there are for particular event is to extract to spreadsheet, then merge the spreadsheets and rearrange the entries by events – very laborious and time consuming.

Hi Roger,

Have you tried going to the Event Overview, then hover over the name of the event you’d like to get an attendee list for, then click attendees?

Hi Roger,

I’m not quite sure I’m following your explanation of the issue, but maybe. :)

Are you trying to view attendees for individual events? If so, you can click the link in the Attendees column when viewing the Events in the dashboard.
