Members being charged the non-member price

Hi,

I’ve encountered a problem with pricing for non-members and members.

The correct price is displayed for members, but when they get to the registration process, they are charged  the regular price and not the member price.

The same thing happens when using multiple ticket prices for members and non-members – you can select the ticket (and corresponding price) you want, bu the amount charged is the regular one.

In the link provided the price shown is the correct member price (200ILS), but the amount charged is not (250ILS).

 

I have created a user for you to be able to see the member pricing problem (it’s a production server):

user: test

password: test123

 

 

To save some time:

All of the plugins are up to date.

Hi Nati,

First things to test is to see if the template file modifications are causing a problem, can you please rename the uploads/espresso/templates directory temporarily (via FTP or via the Template Settings page) and see if that resolves the issue.

If so then any modifications made to those files will need to be done to the latest template files instead.

If not please advise.

Thank you for the reply.

It does seem to be a problem with the template modification. I’ve modified the latest template but it seems the way  I’ve arranged the data is the root of the problem.

 

Oh well, back to floor one :)
