I’m trying to manually set a transaction to “completed”. For some reason I’m not getting PayPal IPN to work correctly. The IPN History on PayPal says “pending” but it hasn’t tried again for about 8 hours, and I can’t resend the IPN when the status is “pending”.

So, I wanted to go into the transaction in EE and set it as “complete”. I enter select “Complete” from the drop-down, and I enter the PayPal transaction ID in the transaction field, and I click save, and EE doesn’t save the transaction as “complete”. It saves the transaction as “pending.”

I can’t figure out what I need to do to get the transaction marked as “complete”

Paul,

You need to enter an amount in order for it to show Complete. The amount has to be equal to the ticket price.
