Our class price is $50 per student. However, when you add an attendee, the screen only prompts for student info. Once you click add, it adds the student into the system but also shows that the student has paid (because class price is $0).
How can I change that to use the class price instead of having to go into each student and manually update the ticket price…
Sorry, there is no way to automatically add the class price when manually adding attendees. However, you should be able to add the price when manually adding an attendee’s details.
is there anyway to do that all in the same step? right now, you have to add the attendee info, and click “Add attendee”.
after it’s add, then you can go in to the pricing -> edit ticket info, update the price and save
a lot of steps and quite a PITA if doing it for multiple students. it would help if the ticket price can be set when adding attendee on the initial page; can we do that?
I will bring this up with the devs to see if we can get this added.
