If we apply max limits on tickets for any given event and then one event is fully maxed out, can the Manual Registration feature allow us to make exceptions to the limit and add more registrants?

I’m guessing that we could simply change the max limit of tickets for that event but we need it to be displayed as closed and fully booked on the website while we add an extra registrant.

Is this possible?

Thanks

Hi,

The admin would need to edit the max capacity before adding the attendee. You can always turn off the registration for for that event while doing so.

Ah, right, turn off the Reg. That makes sense. Thanks, we’ll do that.
