Hi

I have received some offline payments, then I have add the user in the wp-admin, afterwords made a manual registration in the right event. It worked fine, although there is a problem, the user in question after being logged in, can not see the event in the events list.

How to fix it? Or what could you advice me to do to register the user and also provide him a login ?

I have all the addons intalled and using the latest event expresso plugin.

Thank you

Fabio

Hi,

If your attendees are also users, you will need to log in as that user to register for the event so that it is allocated to that user. There is a handy plugin called User Switching that can allow you to swap between users from the admin without having to log out and in again.

Hi

Very, very nice tip! All the old registration still not attached to the right login. Have you got an idea about how to match the right registration to the right login?

I though about edit directly the table in the PHP admin and replace some ID… something like it.

Thank you

Hi,

You’re welcome, it’s a very useful plugin.

The events_member_rel table seems to do the trick, just add a new row for each attendee that needs to be linked to the user.

Please, please back up your database before editing it.
