Mail Chimp Integration – Send to specific group in a list

Hi all-

I can’t find a function to have the people registering sent to a specific list in mail chimp.

Is that possible? If not, is it a feature you would consider implementing?

Hi Michael,

When you create an event, you will have a MailChimp List Integration box. The dropdown menu allows you to specify which MailChimp mailing list to add the attendees to. The list must already exist, so if you want to have each event have a separate list, you will first need to create the lists in MailChimp. Event Espresso will pass the attendee’s first and last name and their email address to MailChimp.

Actually, I have a list. I need the new members to go to a certain group on a list.

Is that possible?

Hi Michael,

The current version of the MailChimp add on allows tying an event into a MailChimp list, MailChimp groups are not supported at this time.
