We have created a demo site that has around 10 Regional and Event managers as well as a couple of admin users. When ever we add a new user we are seeing the question and question groups duplicating themselves with the creator being the new user! strange.
I can delete them i suppose but which do i delete and how can i stop it doing this? currently, we have 130 questions when we really should only have 8 or so.
I’m not 100% sure about your explanation. Do you mean when the site admin creates a new user (that user can be admin, event manager, regional etc) it is duplicating the questions then? How is the creator (presumably the site admin) becoming the new user?
Also, what version of event espresso, wordpress and roles & permissions basic and pro are you using?
i am using a full set of freshly downloaded plugins and addons. event espresso Version 3.1.34.B.1, which is beta i know but this seems to be happening on Version 3.1.33.3.P too. if adminA creates a question and adminB uses the question in an event then a duplicate of the question and its group is duplicated with adminB as the questions creator.
im about to do another reset so i can note the steps a bit better.
Thanks Mat, once I get some steps to recreate this then it will give us a better idea about whats happening here.
