Currently we are developing the site, EE shows that the license is being used on our dev site. But we are launching the site tomorrow. The license will now be active on 2 domains. Will everything continue to work? We will need it on both since we will be making changes and we need to test them before putting them live.

Just want to verify before we put the site live.

Hi Al,

The support key will only allow 1-click updates for one domain. You can run Event Espresso on both sites and both will function, but you can only put the key on the domain where you want to use the 1-click updates.

Ok thanks. How do we change the “key”

Delete the key from the dev site (you can still update the dev site manually by downloading a new version of EE from your account page and uploading it to your dev site, it just won’t do automagic 1-click updates) and let us know. We’ll have to reset the key in your account. Then copy the new key from your account into the live site.
