I uploaded a .csv seating chart for a cinema, the seating chart contains (3) ticket prices for each seat Adult, Senior, Child, for 2 categories both VIP and Reserved customers. When I created the event I also created 6 price names for the pricing – V Adult, V Senior, V Child, R Adult, R Senior, R Child. When I attempt to purchase a ticket, the price listed is $0.00, how do I link the prices to the event? Regards, Craig |

Thanks for the response, I noticed that some of your other customers had the same issue, are there any plans to have this feature added and if so can you say how soon?

| January 1, 2014 at 11:39 pm Hi Craig, This is on our feature request list, and will likely be looked at once the Seating Chart comes up for review, but this will be post Event Espresso 4 and there is no roadmap/timescale in place as of yet. |
