Hi Support,
I uploaded a .csv seating chart for a cinema, the seating chart contains (3) ticket prices for each seat Adult, Senior, Child, for 2 categories both VIP and Reserved customers. When I created the event I also created 6 price names for the pricing – V Adult, V Senior, V Child, R Adult, R Senior, R Child. When I attempt to purchase a ticket, the price listed is $0.00, how do I link the prices to the event?
At this time the seating chart plugin can assign one price type to an individual seat. Please see our documentation on how to set up prices for the seating chart:
Hi Support,
Thanks for the response, I noticed that some of your other customers had the same issue, are there any plans to have this feature added and if so can you say how soon?
Thanks.
This is on our feature request list, and will likely be looked at once the Seating Chart comes up for review, but this will be post Event Espresso 4 and there is no roadmap/timescale in place as of yet.
