I am trying to edit profile by clicking ACCOUNT or EDIT PROFILE. One has broken link. Other has a blank page.

We found and fixed an error with the website. I’m not sure if it is directly related to your problem, but I ran into it while looking into your problem. Can you recheck the links and see if the problem is still there?

We aren’t seeing the error anymore. Can you clear your browser’s cache and try again? Let me know if you have any issues.

If you haven’t cleared your web browser’s cache before, then take a look at this link: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Also, do you see this issue if you try with an alternate web browser?

Cleared cache. Still did not work in Explorer. Was able to change it in Firefox. Thank you!
