When I log in under my Account Info, where it says Site License Keys and lists my keys.
All licenses say NOT ACTIVE?
I have looked through all the plugin settings and the only license key to enter appears to be the Support License, what should I do?
And I purchased the developers license – does that come with a support license? I need some help on training and possibly customization, how should I go about that?
You can add the support license keys into the General Settings page (bottom of the page) to activate automatic downloads, and it will activate licenses on your account.
When you add a licence key to a site, it will ping back to your account and you will see the site name under the licence key.
I’m not sure how long it takes to update but it should be fairly quickly.
So what this means is that you can use all those 5 licence keys on 5 different sites.
Regarding support, there is plenty of help and advice within the forum, and we have paid options should you require more detailed, hands on help/guidance.
