Is there an easy way to tell which type of license we already have? A clinet wants to renew and I am not sure which type to get in order to keep her features, etc. intact. Thank you in advance for your help!
Do you know the contact information for the person that purchased the license; we can look it up that way. Otherwise, what is the domain for your client and we might be able to look it up that way too.
Thanks for the information an email. You are so helpful and I really appreciate your time and effort. If she decides to go with a Personal license and later wants to upgrade back to the business license would we only pay the difference? I think that a Personal license with a reoccurring events add on (+$40) will be cheaper and still need her current needs. Is upgrading alter an option?
We’d have to change your renewal discount so it works for the Personal License, but yes you can upgrade later for a pro-rated amount. Does that make sense?
