Hi I reset the license and moved to the new site, but it does’t activate it. I have already save the settings with a blank license and re-save the license, with no success.
thanks, F http://doc-events.com/fidiansm14/
I just checked your Support License Key and it was still linked to what appears to be a dev site. I’ve reset it for you.
In a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation to your email address on your Event Espresso account.
If you are using Event Espresso 3, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the area for Support License. Now copy the existing key. Then erase the existing key and click on Save Options. After the page refreshes, scroll back down to the Support License area and paste your key and click on Save Options.
If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your key and click on Save once more.
These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso.
Let me know if this helps!
