License key not working after change folder

    i change old site http://mydomain.com/events to new site http://mydomain.com/ticketbox (same domain), after that EE had a warning that my license is only valid for one domainI and get this on my new ticket site: “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

    I have “request reset license key”, but status is pending, please help me. thank you
