We keep getting the following error message You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain.

We only have one domain with this license

I am getting the same message this morning and everything is correct and I only have it installed on one domain.

Hi jhutto and Cheri,

I’ve reset your license key. You can now add it into the License Key field of the General Settings page in Event Espresso. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

Hi Garth,

Thank you for your response, after adding the new key I am still getting the same error.  Also, on the general setting I only have “support license key” and not Site license key

Hi jhutto,

Is http://www.sms-midsouth.org your website where you have your license key?

I’m going to assign you a second license key, let me know if that one works better. I don’t know if someone else has your key or what…

…we’ll delete the original key if the second one works.

It’s on your account page (thought you’d see it there): http://staging.eventespresso.com/users/jhutto/

I’ve also emailed you.
