I’m still getting this site wide error on plugins that cant be updated automatically because it doesn’t recognise my licence number. I’ve re-saved my licence number as per the the sticky post from the 9th.

Any more suggestions?

Hi, sorry for the issues, I have reset the licence key again for you. Please remove it from your settings, save, re-add it back and save.

Thanks Dean, it seems to have worked for 2 out of the 3 plugins that needed updating. The one plugin that is still saying I dont have a valid licence is the main ‘event espresso’ plugin for an automatic update.

OK I have took the key out re-reset it and entered it. The update is available.

I would advise you to hold of with the update for now, we are looking to release 3.1.28.3 shortly.

Hi Dean,

Can you reset my key again please, and then hopefully I can install the upgrade. Currently its not allowing me to either upgrade automatically nor via upload with the .zip file.

Thanks.

Sorry I cannot reset your key, as it states it is not active. Please add the key to the licence key field in Event Espresso > General Settings.

Thanks Dean, I’ve update to .3, and I’m still getting the notice saying my licence key isn’t valid. Can you raise a ticket on this please?
