We have been having a lot of problems with people registering for our event but not paying. We think that part of the reason is that when the Invoice payment method is used, it is not obvious what this means or how it is meant to work. I would suggest the following changes: I have made some of these changes as best I can to the registration pending e-mail template, but it would be better if they were standard. Hi Max, Thanks for your feedback. A lot of what you have mentioned has already been integrated into EE4’s invoice system. You can test it out for yourself by visiting http://demoee.org I’ll be honest and say that it is unlikely that we will implement these changes into EE3, what with our desire for EE4 to become the standard option. | |
