Using WP 3.8.1 and we just updated Event Espresso to version 4.1.9.1.reg. Am trying to update an event registration we have opening in 2 days and I cannot edit an existing ticket, nor can I create a new one. Nothing happens when clicking edit, clicking on create only refreshes screen.

Hi Hani,

What version did you update from? Do you know what version the event was created in?

I’m not seeing this issue on my test sites after update.

We moved up from 4.1.9.reg. The event, tickets and pricing was created in 4.1.9. After the update, the problems above were discovered as well as the same error others were getting about form data not being applied to any valid registrations, but resetting my payment methods seemed to resolve that issue. We also noticed that on the Transaction page the apply and refund buttons no longer work.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.

Hi,

Thanks for the login details.

The plugin Admin Menu Editor has broken javascript. As the Event Espresso pages use JavaScript, this plugin is effectively stopping it from working.

A short term fix would be to disable the Admin Menu Editor plugin.

Dean, You’re the Man. Thank You.
That plug in is not really used so disabling it works for me. Happy to be using EE completely again.
