I tried to export attendee data to excel but all the Chinese characters in the column headings and event list become “?”. How are I fix it? Thanks.
I am using Version 3.1.36.4.P

Hi Irene,

Is your WordPress site currently setup to use the Chinese language?

Hi Irene,

I’m wondering if this is happening when excel opens the file. Have you or can you try opening the file in an alternate spreadsheet application?

Oh, you are right. I can read the characters when I open the file with open office. Thanks so much!
