I have a class schedule that students sign up and pay for on the website, but as I am using a reoccurring event (because they happen at the same time every week), my attendees are reset every week. I want to keep the attendees as the weeks progress so that I know how many people are in the classes as time moves on. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Amanda,

It sounds like instead of setting up several events for this one recurring event, you could set up one event for registration. The events that follow could be closed for registration and even link back to the first event.

Here is how you would set this up: Set up one main “registration” event to be “Ongoing”. You leave the registration open for as long as needed. Then in all the following events you set the “Display registration form” option to No. and set the “Alternate registration URL” to the page where they’ll register for the main event.
