Hello there,

I’m new to the forum. We have a client who’s using eventespresso over his wordpress installation. And unfortunately he’s had an issue with the calendar display for which he’s putting a blame on us. So, I’d really appreciate if you’d offer us a solution to the following problem :
The calendar seems to be broken and doesn’t show completely when accessed.

I tried asking him if he’s using a free version over the site, but it seems he’s too annoyed with issue and just isn’t in any state to co-operate. So, if you’d let me know about the limitations that a free version would have, it’d be great. Based on that I can compare with the website and judge for its version.

Looking forward to hearing back soon.

Thanks.

Hi Barbara,

The free version doesn’t include and is not compatible with the calendar. It’s likely that they have the paid version, but I wouldn’t know for sure what is going on without viewing the page where the calendar is set up to display. Can you post a URL to that page?

Hi, I have a paid version. My calendar works on the main calendar page, but the sidebar calendar widget doesn’t show at all when I place it. Can you help?

Hello @smartie_pants, can you link to a page on your site where the issue is occurring please?
